Tulip Festival Live Music in La Conner! Frolic along with us on First Street in La Conner Saturday, April 11th. Toes will tap to the music of the 17-piece Skagit Swings band directed by Jerry Schreuder. Music performed at Gilkey Square noon-2pm and 3-4pm. The Skagit County Historical Museum invites you to Dance to the music of Hugo’s Accordion Band at the “Tulip Two-Step” dance to benefit the Museum on Sunday, April 19, from 2 to 5 pm at the Fredonia Grange north of La Conner. On the program are American standards, country western, Scandinavian waltzes, polkas, schottisches and other danceable favorites under the direction of Leif Holmes.
